VET CHECKS: After you take your new puppy home he or she needs to go see your vet for a wellness check up within 48 hours, from
the date of purchase, unless on the weekend then the following Monday. Please email or call us with the results from your file. This is
mandatory to start your 6 month congenital defect guarantee!! If we don't get a email or phone call withing 48 hrs.  Of receiving the

GUARANTEE: Seller guarantees the puppy against congenital defects that make him/her unsuitable as a pet/breeder. This guarantee
is good for 6 months after the puppy goes to buyers home. Seller agrees to replace the puppy with a new puppy of equal value from the
next available litter.  We do not give cash refunds for a puppy. In order to receive this guarantee a written documentation from a
licensed veterinarian must be provided, detailing any problems found. Should the buyer refuse to return the puppy in question, the
breeder will be released from the constraints of the medical claim. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser, named on the sales

WE DON'T GUARANTEE: Hypoglycemia, low blood sugar, Parvo, Girardia or any other contagious diseases that is up to the new
owner to prevent. Kennel cough and Cacidia is a common problem that happens sometimes and is not covered due to they are treatable.
We also do not guarantee against any type of worms, mites or fleas. We treat these issues prior to the puppy leaving, but getting a 100
percent clean up is rare. Testicles are not guaranteed to drop, Females are not guaranteed to produce. Patellas (knee's ) are not

SIZE AND COLOR: We can not guarantee the size/weight of the puppy when fully grown we can only guess the size based on the
parents size, past litters, and birth weight. Coat length and color are also no covered. We do not cover skin problems.

PAYMENTS: we will take payments for a puppy but the puppy must stay with us until the puppy is paid in full. We will hold the puppy
until it is 10 wks of age. If the puppy is not paid for by the time the puppy reaches 10 wks of age then the puppy will then go back up
for sale. Any money that you have put down on the puppy will go towards another puppy with in a years time. If you don't finish paying
for the puppy in that year, you lose your money....NO EXCEPTIONS!!   BUYERS INITIAL____  SELLERS INITIAL______

BUYERS AGREEMENT: Buyer agrees that the puppy will not be sold to any persons dealing with wholesaling or retailing of dogs.
If for some reason you can't keep the puppy, contact us before resorting to pounds. Please give us a chance to relocate the puppy fist.

By taking ownership of this dog, I agree to abide by this agreement, the seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving
the premises: Medical expenses, landlord disapproval, allergy to the puppy, disagreement of any other family member, or for any other
reason stated.

Our puppies are being sold as pet quality, but if you have a puppy that you feel you can show or breed you have all rights to, and good
luck. We are willing to give advice and help in any reasonable way we can The welfare of the puppy is always a primary concern, so
please feel free to call us if you have any questions about your new puppy.

THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT IS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER OF THE ANIMAL
PURCHASED TODAY. I UNDERSTAND AND EXCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED ABOVE.
